Park Improvements at a Glance

Strengthening neighborhoods, one park at a time.

Parks are more than green spaces, they are the heart of our neighborhoods and city. Research shows that property values rise by 8%–10% for homes located next to or facing park areas. But the real value of parks goes far beyond numbers. They create vibrant spaces where residents of all ages can thrive.

Through our park improvements and capital campaigns, we are transforming our 59 parks and recreation spaces to best serve our community. Every renovated playground, upgraded athletic field, new walking trail, and modernized shelter helps create parks that inspire pride, connection, and well-being today and for generations to come. Join us in shaping stronger, healthier, and more connected neighborhoods through our parks.
