Slow Pitch Fall Softball (43+)

Canton Parks & Recreation is proud to offer Slow Pitch Fall Softball for players ages 43 and up at Willig Field, Northeast Ohio’s premier softball complex. This fall slow-pitch league gives experienced players the opportunity to stay active, enjoy the game, and compete with other players in the 43+ age group.

The fall season will consist of five weeks of doubleheaders plus playoffs. If registration allows, teams will be divided into Competitive and Recreational divisions. If there are not enough teams to support separate divisions, all teams will compete in one combined division.

Only players ages 50 and older may use “senior” bats. Players must submit a photo or copy of their license with their roster, and lineups will be submitted before each game. Pitching nets will be used in this league. The league is sanctioned by One Nation.

Team Fees

No non-resident fees are charged for Canton Parks & Recreation softball leagues. All team fees must be paid before the start of the registered program and before a team can be added to the schedule. 

Teams may pay the full team fee online by credit card. Teams wishing to pay by cash or check may do so at the Canton Parks & Recreation Main Office located at the Canton Garden Center in Stadium Park, 1615 Stadium Park Dr. NW, Canton, OH 44718.
